Mildred Oberg Mittleider, 92, of Sacramento, CA was born February 17, 1922 and passed away March 26, 2014. Adopted as an infant by Alonzo and Mazie Lee Miller, she lived in Oklahoma, Idaho and California before settling with her husband, Stanton G. Oberg MD, in Cottage Grove. The Oberg Family resided in Cottage Grove for 36 years.

She was born June 19, 1938 in Fairland, Indiana to Maurice and Leona (Arbuckle) Fuchs.
Linda retired from the U.S. Forest Service after a 20-plus year career. She devoted her time to her children and grandchildren.

Loretta "Faye" Primka of Cottage Grove died Wednesday, April 2 from lung cancer. She was born Sept. 10, 1940 in Phoenix Ariz. to Dorothy and Leo Donoghue. Faye worked as a certified nursing assistant for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Lorena, and her husband, William "Billy" Primka, who passed away in 2006.
