Lion football players will welcome this weekend, not only because it will mark the end of daily doubles, but for 31 of them, they will be boarding an airplane for the Aloha State. The team and coaches will leave early Sunday morning from Portland for Kauai, Hawaii. The Grovers will play the Kauai High School Red Raiders in Lihue, Hawaii on Saturday, Aug. 31.
