Shirlie Mae Hess, 82, passed away June 2, 2013 quietly from the challenges of Alzheimer’s.
Shirlie was born in Shoshone, Idaho on March 3, 1931 to Chester and Francis Myers.

Survivors include her three children, Darla Rozelle of Bend, Sheri Yates of Eugene and Kirby Hess of Silverton, nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Shirlie’s life will be held June 30, 2013 from 1-3 p.m. at the Cottage Grove Elks at 755 N. River Road.
