Esther W. Sweeney 1919-2013

 

Esther W. Sweeney, 93, of Cottage Grove died March 2, 2013 from age related causes.

She was born Sept. 7, 1919 in Noble Township, Mich. to Edward and Anna (Ryan) Sweeney.

Esther received her Engineering Certificate and worked for Bell Telephone Laboratories for over 45 years.

She traveled all over the United States. Esther was a member of the Catholic Church Boniface Monastery.

Survivors include a sister, Edwina Metz of Sun City, Arizona, seven nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.

No service is planned.
