More banner years corrections

Longtime Lincoln Middle School teacher/coach Ron Pupke, who is in the Cottage Grove High School Athletic Hall of Fame, did his due diligence and found a few errors in the “Banner Years” article from a couple of weeks ago. I asked the Sentinel audience for help, and I appreciate the corrections that Pupke pointed out that needed to be made. Here they are:

Boys cross country was district champions in 1969, not 1970.

Boys swimming was second at state in the fall of 1970.
