Christopher William Forbes 1971-2012

 

Christopher William Forbes, 41, of Creswell passed away suddenly Dec. 29, 2012 at the Cottage Grove Community Hospital in Cottage Grove.

He was born March 29, 1971 in Modesto, Calif. to Ken and Linda (Benes) Forbes.

Chris loved his family get-togethers and loved his wife and daughters very much.

Survivors include his wife, Deniece of Creswell, daughter, Morgyn of Creswell, son and daughter, Chris and Alyssa of California, father, Ken Forbes of Buhl, Idaho, brother, Tony of Drain, grandmother, Genevieve Peterschick of California, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Forbes, and his grandmother, Mary Levins.
