Nelda Mae Hollett, 84, of Cottage Grove died Dec. 20, 2012 of age-related causes.
She was born Aug. 23, 1928 in Tillamook, Ore. to George and Blanche (Thomas) Spraggins.
She graduated high school and worked as an assistant operations officer for First Interstate Bank.
In May of 1949 in Tillamook, Ore., she married Oren E. Hollett.
Nelda enjoyed bowling, bingo, pinochle, spending time at home with family, camping and fishing. She was a member of Riverside Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, three daughters and their husbands, Cathy and Lon Gentry of Albany, Ore., Betty and Jerry Senters of Cottage Grove, and Sandy and Ed Juskowiak of Cottage Grove, a son and his wife, Scott and Chrissy Hollett of Oakridge, Ore., a sister, Shirley Williams of Albany, Ore., a brother, Merle Spraggins of Cottage Grove, 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
A granddaughter, Sarah Hollett, preceded her in death.
A memorial will be held Thursday, Dec. 27, at 11 a.m. at Riverside Church of God.
