Wilda Mae Roberts 1929-2013

Wilda Mae Roberts, 83, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

She was born in Drakes Creek, Arkansas to James Anderson and Nina Effie (Eubanks) Ferguson.

She lived in Cottage Grove from 1950-1970 and later in Eugene until 1977. Eventually she moved to Lebanon where she has been ever since.

Wilda was a member of Grant Street Church of Christ in Lebanon. 

She loved cooking, camping and making her home hospitable and warm. 

Wilda is survived by daughter Julie Foss of Lebanon; son Jim Roberts of Portland; six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Boyd, one brother, one sister and one grandson, Henry.   

Viewing took place Monday, March 11 at the Church of Christ on Grant Street in Lebanon with a funeral service following and final burial at Gilliland Cemetery in Sweet Home.  Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.  www.sweethomefuneral.com
